On the morning of June 5, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement between Tongxing Technology and Wison Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wison Engineering") was held at Tongxing Technology’s Operation Center in Hefei. Lyu Jianning, Vice President of Wison Engineering; Yang Jihai, Deputy General Manager of the Product Technology Center; Xu Min, Senior Manager of New Energy; Zheng Guangming, Chairman of Tongxing Technology; Lyu Wenbin, Deputy General Manager; Huang Zhongbin, Deputy General Manager of the CCUS Division; and others were present and witnessed the ceremony.
Founded in 1997 and listed in Hong Kong in 2012, Wison Engineering is a leading domestic integrated solution provider of energy and chemical technology and EPC services. It offers full lifecycle solutions to global clients in the petroleum and chemical, carbon chemical, refining, new energy, and other sectors. Since 2008, its overseas operations have expanded to more than 20 countries and regions, including the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
Established in 2006 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2020, Tongxing Technology is a renowned domestic provider of integrated solutions for pollution reduction and carbon mitigation, as well as critical new energy materials. It has deep expertise in industries such as steel, coking, industrial silicon, building materials, and papermaking. Starting in 2024, the company’s CCUS-related business has expanded to both domestic and international markets, with increased efforts to develop markets in thermal power, petrochemicals, and other industries domestically.

Tongxing Technology will capitalize on Wison Engineering’s strong overseas project execution capabilities, standardized systems, and customer network to overcome geographical barriers and rapidly penetrate the global carbon capture market. This initiative will inject strong momentum into the development of the company’s "second growth engine" and accelerate the advancement of its "One Body with Two Wings" development strategy.
