CCUS

Performance Advantages

The TX-1 stabilized absorbent system revolutionizes CO₂ capture by overcoming limitations of traditional amine solvents in oxygen-rich flue gases. It exhibits 300x greater oxidation resistance than MEA, maintains solvent integrity during extended operation with stable CO₂ capture performance, and prevents waste generation through oxidative degradation pathway blocking. This innovation addresses key challenges in coal power, steel, cement, petrochemical, and marine industries handling 3-15% CO₂ streams, achieving world-leading performance in degradation resistance, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. We deliver tailored carbon capture solutions globally. For a major shipping client, we supplied our high-performance TX-1c absorbent, enabling the world's first 10,000-ton scale marine capture system, significantly reducing costs and boosting stability. In the power sector, we provided non-standard equipment for Haoji Power Plant's CCUS project, capturing 54 million m³ CO₂/year. This innovative system boosts greenhouse yields by 20-30% and co-produces industrial nitrogen. For the cement industry, our solutions at Tangshan Yan'nan Cement capture and convert flue gas into food-grade CO₂ and dry ice, generating significant revenue while reducing emissions. Our technology drives efficiency and value across diverse sectors.
